1. 1 Applicable regulations
Our Privacy Policy has been designed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), and insofar as it does not contradict the aforementioned Regulation, by the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and its implementing regulations.
By providing us with your data, you declare that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy, giving your unequivocal and express consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the purposes and terms expressed herein.
The Company may modify this privacy policy to adapt it to new legislation, case law or interpretation by the Spanish Data Protection Agency. These privacy conditions may be supplemented by the Legal Notice, Cookies Policy and the General Conditions that, where appropriate, are collected for certain products or services, if such access involves any specialty in the protection of personal data.

When filling in the forms, checking the box “I accept the Privacy Policy” and clicking to send the data, or when sending e-mails to the Company through the accounts enabled for this purpose, the user declares that he/she has read and expressly accepted this privacy policy, and gives his/her unequivocal and express consent to the processing of his/her own
In accordance with the purposes indicated in section 2, the categories of data that will be processed are as follows: – Identification data: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number and address.

5. Rights of the User.

5.1 How to exercise my rights?br />You may exercise your rights or obtain more information about them by contacting our Data Protection Coordinator through the channels indicated at the beginning of this Privacy Policy in the section identifying the Data Controller.
Likewise, and in accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 of July 11, Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, in the event that you do not wish to receive commercial communications electronically in the future, you may express this desire by sending an e-mail to our Data Protection Coordinator.
6. Social networks
The social network profiles that the Company has will not involve data processing beyond that which the social network itself allows for corporate profiles. The Company may use these profiles to inform the users of each social network who subscribe to the company profile about its activities, events, seminars, offers, promotions or new products or services, as well as to share information of interest on the usual topics of the company. The company will not extract any data directly from the social network.
